Privacy policy

This policy explains how Grace Builds HQ collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website or send an enquiry.

Who I am

Grace Builds HQ is run by Grace Matuta, who is the data controller for the personal information described here. You can contact me at info@gracebuildshq.com.

What I collect

When you book a strategy call, I collect the information you choose to give me:

• your name and email address
• your answers to the booking questions, such as your business, your website or social media links, and what you'd like help with
• the date and time of your call

If you email me, I also receive the information in your email. Please don't include sensitive personal information, or personal details about your own clients.

How I use it

• to prepare for and hold your strategy call
• to contact you about your booking or enquiry
• if we work together, to plan and deliver the project

I won't sell your information or add you to a marketing mailing list without your separate consent.

Lawful basis

I process enquiry information because it's necessary to take steps you've asked for before entering into an agreement (reviewing your enquiry), and for my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about my services.

Who processes it

Strategy calls are booked using Calendly, a scheduling provider that stores booking details on my behalf. This website is hosted by Netlify, and its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers may process limited technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver their services, and some may transfer data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long I keep it

If your enquiry isn't taken forward, I delete it within 12 months. If we work together, I keep project information for as long as it's needed for the project, and for any period required by law.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict how it's used, or ask for a copy of it. Email info@gracebuildshq.com and I'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. The embedded Calendly booking calendar may use cookies that are strictly necessary for booking to work.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
